New chat message bodies, memory content, message attachments such as suggestions and story props, and cached story context are encrypted by our server before storage. Our server decrypts this content to display it to you and send relevant context to AI providers. This is not end-to-end encryption. Account information, titles, character descriptions, and other metadata are stored separately; media visibility depends on the feature and your sharing choices. Private story narration and scene images use access-controlled storage.

Important: When creating Characters, Locations, or other content, users must not include real individuals' personal information, likenesses, or identifying details. All content should be fictional. Including real people's information without consent is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
